Licence keys
All modules live in one program file; the licence key decides which of them can be used. Without a valid licence the module does not start – its menu entries stay empty.
What is this for?
- Unlock modules and define the number of users.
- Check the licence period.

How to set it up
- Open the licence form from the NCS-AddOn menu.
- Read in the key file you received via import license.
- Check that company, valid until and the user count are correct.
- Restart SAP Business One so the unlocked modules are loaded.
