Which customers and articles

Not everything in SAP belongs in the shop. What is transferred is decided by settings – not by a flag on the individual record. That keeps the selection in one place and makes it traceable.

What is this for?

  • Define the customers allowed to buy in the shop.
  • Define the articles that appear in the shop.
  • Set the warehouses and the price list that stock and base price come from.

Which customers and articles

How to set it up

  1. Customers: business partners of type customer that are not frozen and belong to one of the configured customer groups.
  2. Articles: sales items that are not inactive and belong to one of the configured item groups.
  3. Stock: taken from the warehouses named in the corresponding setting – not necessarily from all of them.
  4. Base price: taken from one configured price list.
  5. Market: the country of the customer’s default billing address decides which market in the shop they belong to.
